Welcome to the annual Ottawa All British Car Day - The only British Only car show in the Ottawa area. This event is dedicated to showcasing and celebrating the complete spectrum of British vehicles. It has been held every year since 2005 at a beautiful riverside location at Britannia Beach Park - Lakeside Gardens.
Special Events for 2011Our featured car this year will be the E-Type Jaguar, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the introduction of one of the most beautiful cars ever made. We hope to see a great selection of these classic Jaguars on display.
The Toronto Triumph Club will be coming to Ottawa and to this show as part of the 2011 Canadian Classic. The TTC hasn't come to Ottawa since 1996 for the Classic. We are expecting 40+ Triumphs from the TTC participating in the show. Note that the vehicles participating in the Classic will be in a designated part of the show field, as they have to leave after lunch to continue their tour of the Ottawa area.
We are also expecting a special Guide Dog Training Demonstration from the people at the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. Their instructors will demonstrate guide dogs in training working through an obstacle course. Start time for the demonstration is 1:00pm.
Here are some photos from our 2010 show. Thank you to everyone who sent in their pictures for the site!
Keep your hopes up for good weather, but we go ahead, rain or shine. Our previous shows were always very popular, despite some rain on occasion. We hope to see you there this year. |
